Instructions to the Candidates:-
Candidates are admitted provisionally to the examination, as detailed scrutiny of the applications has not been completed. If any discrepancy in the applications is found on detailed scrutiny, such applications will be rejected.
Candidate must bring the Admit Card along with any ONE of the following photo affixed original ID proofs:-
1. Aadhar Card 2. Voter's Card 3. Driving License 4. Passport 5. Bank Pass Book with Photograph 6. PAN Card
7. Any other valid ID issued by Central or State Govt. / Autonomous Body / Public Sector Undertakings.
Candidates are requested to be present at the Examination Centre at 9 AM ie. one hour before the commencement of Examination. No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall after commencement of examination.
Do not carry any electronic devices like Cell Phones, smart watches, Calculators, Alarm Clocks etc, and even envelope of the Admit Card into the Exam hall except Admit Card & ID Proof. Candidates will be responsible for the safe keeping of their belongings, if any, at the examination centre.
Candidates shall bring a pen with blue or black ink to the examination hall.
If any candidate indulges in (a) misbehavior with the officials/authorities engaged in examination duty (b) committing or attempting to commit any sort of malpractice (c) resorting to any unfair means during the course of the examination, his/her candidature will be summarily cancelled and strict legal action will be taken in the matter.
Candidates are requested bring their original certificates to prove age, address qualification, experience along with a self attested copy of each certificate at time of interview for verification.
CANDIDATE WITHOUT ADMIT CARD and ORIGINAL ID PROOF WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE EXAMINATION HALL.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES REGARDING OBJECTIVE TYPE (OMR VALUATION) TEST
OMR answer sheets, which can be evaluated using an Optical Mark Reader (OMR) will be issued for this examination.
OMR sheet/question booklet will not be replaced for any reason except printing or manufacturing defect.
Avoid perforation, dampening or soiling of the answer sheet.
Read the instructions on the reverse side of the OMR sheet. Do not tamper with the barcode in the centre of the OMR answer sheet, otherwise your answer sheet will be invalidated.
Fill in all the entries on the "Basic Data" part before beginning to answer questions on the "Answers" part of the OMR Answer Sheet.
In the columns provided for Version, Roll No. Qn. Booklet No. write the same in the respective boxes and fully darken the corresponding bubbles.
Errors in marking entries in "Basic Data" part of the answer sheet will lead to invalidation of the answer script. Issued OMR sheet will not be replaced.
In "Answers" part for each question, darken only the bubble corresponding to the right answer using ball point pen with blue/black ink. No other marking shall be made anywhere on the answer sheet.
Each correct answer will fetch 1 mark. There will be no negative mark for wrong answers
Marking more than one answer or making alterations in the marked answer will be invalidated.
Use the blank sheet provided at the end of the question booklet for calculations, if required.
"Basic Data" part and "Answers" part of the OMR Answer sheet should not be separated before the examination is over.
The candidate must attend at least one question, otherwise the script will be invalidated.
After the time allotted for the test is over, separate "Basic Data" part and "Answers" part of the answer sheet along the dotted line (through the middle of Bar Code) and hand over both parts to the Assistant Superintendent. Violation will result in invalidation of answer script.
